the room was quite comfortable and clean. I stayed only 1 night can't say much more
My room was supposed to be a non smoking, however it smelled like smoke (even the curtains for the shower)

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping facilities, making it easy to find a nearby place to grab a bite or shop. the hotel offers complimentary breakfast that includes a variety of options to choose from, which was a great way to start the day. the rooms were also well maintained by housekeeping, making it comfortable to return to after a long day of touring.
The hotel didn't offer air conditioning which made the room quite hot and stuffy at times. due to the hotel's location near a busy intersection, there was a significant amount of noise from passing vehicles and trains that caused some disruptions during the night.

It is a comfortable and practical hotel. Very clean and tidy. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only thing that I found unpleasant in this hotel was the towels. They were clean but were quite old and worn-out.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the nicest area of the city center, close to the waterfront, was absolutely perfect. The service provided by the staff here was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area, were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail.

After a long journey with intercontinentale flights and a very early arrival the hotel staff allowed me to checkin and use the room from 09.30 in the morning. Excellent service.
Very small room.

The hotel is located close to major shopping areas and business centers. The rooms are of reasonable size, well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were very good, with a range of different options available.
The hotel lacked personal touches and did not offer complimentary toiletries. The overall appearance of the public rooms and corridors was gloomy and dated.

No information about The Hotel and facilities in the rooms, only about TV programs, not clear where one can go to eat, what time is the breakfast, where is swimming pool, how much is what, nothing. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.
